Biópsia de massa mediastínica anterior - Tumor carcinoide atípico - escassos focos de necrose e cerca de 3-4 mitoses, população tumoral CK AE1/AE3 (+), CD56 (+), sinaptofisina (+) e TTF-1 (-). Expressão de Ki67 de 10%.
